Boss

Satyakant Shastri (Mithun Chakraborty) is an honest and upright teacher hailing from a small town in India. Shiv (Shiv Pandit) is his 23 year old son grown up with the right principles and values in life. Satyakant dreams big for Shiv and decides to send him to New Delhi so that he can embark on his career. This is where Shiv encounters the gorgeous Ankita (Aditi Rao Hydari), they feel a connection from past with feelings blossoming again. But standing in the way of their romance is a deadly trio, Ankita's brother (a ruthless cop), the Home Minister and the Home Minister's son (who wants Ankita for himself). A plan is hatched to target Shiv and the trio succeeds in framing him for something he hasn't done. Satyakant's world comes crashing down as he watches Shiv being punished and sent behind bars with absolutely no chance of getting out. When all the doors have been shut, Satyakant is left with only one option which is to reach out to his elder son Surya, who is now more popularly known as Boss (Akhay Kumar), to save Shiv from the clutches of tainted trio.
