Killer Whale

Aspiring cellist Maddie is whale-obsessed. Trish, a future scientist, hustles as an influencer, always chasing financial stability. Tragedy strikes when their friend Chad is killed protecting Maddie during a robbery, leaving her with permanent hearing loss. A year later, the now-successful Trish takes Maddie to Thailand, hoping to help her find closure - and to visit Ceto, an orca held in captivity. With their friend Josh, they sneak in to see Ceto. The next day, they swim in a secluded lagoon, unaware the angry orca has been secretly released. Suddenly, they’re being hunted. Survival feels impossible.
