Manoj Kumar began his career with a role in "Anita" (1967). Kumar began to focus on film after appearing in "Patthar Ke Sanam" (1967) and "Mera Naam Joker" (1970). More recently, Kumar directed "Roti Kapda Aur Makaan" (1974). Manoj Kumar died on April 4, 2025 in Mumbai, India at the age of 87.
