Eliseo works as superintendent at a high-income building and every time the owners are gone, he sneaks in to enjoy their apartments' amenities.

The manager of a swanky apartment building uses his access to meddle in the lives of the tenants.

Since the Galurdián couple is away on a trip, Eliseo takes the opportunity to illegally rent their apartment to Juliette, a Swiss tourist; but when the Galurdiáns inform him that they are going to arrive before expected and ask Eliseo to turn on the heat to warm the place, Eliseo has no choice but to relocate the tourist to a different apartment.

Eliseo devises a way to take out Zambrano and sees this as his best chance to fail the project and protect his job; after a house search turns up nothing, Eliseo tries to cause marital problems.
