The Dangers in My Heart

Kyotaro Ichikawa likes to read books about murder and fantasizes about killing Anna Yamada, a beautiful girl in his class. One day, he chances upon Yamada in the library.

Ichikawa starts to tolerate Yamada's presence as they find themselves alone once again in his favorite retreat, the library.

Kyotaro begins writing a dark fantasy manga. Later, he goes to the hospital with a headache and finds Anna, who is suffering from abdominal pain.

Kyotaro wonders what it means to like someone. Later, he notices Yamada hiding something and follows her to the library.

The class splits into group for a trip, and Ichikawa gets into the group with Yamada and the other girls. He begins to suffer under the guidance of Yamada's friend Sekine.

Kyotaro wrestles with his feelings as he notices of Anna's strange behavior. The library enforces a no-eating rule, and Kyotaro worries Anna won't visit anymore.
