Back in the 60s, Suzette and Lavinia were the Banger Sisters, groupies to the stars. Suzette is still a free spirit and, losing her job in an LA rock bar, decides to hunt down her ex-partner-in-fun after 20 years apart, picking up a writer along the way. However, Lavinia is now a respectable social worker, married to a lawyer, with two teenage daughters. One confronts her age and the other her past.
