Three chefs will face off for the ultimate Immunity challenge prize: to be the first contestant through to Finals Week, securing their place in the Top 4.

In Round 1, the contestants have 45 minutes to prepare a dish that heroes fresh squid, with the bottom four dishes sending their makers into Round 2.

In Round One, they have 45 minutes to bring the judges their family’s secret condiment, with the top three then progressing into Round Two.

Nostalgia week continues when our contestants find themselves in suburban Melbourne for today’s service challenge – in an old school Chinese restaurant.

In 75 minutes, our Top 9 contestants must create a dish with an unexpected element of surprise. It could be a trick of the eye, the palate, the senses!

There is a big twist to today’s Pressure Test, and that is there will be no recipe.
