Kahoko begins to seriously contemplate her future and visits her father and other relatives' workplaces with her mother Izumi. During this time, Kahoko learns that her cousin Ito will be participating in a competition with a wrist injury.

Masataka is caught in the middle of Kahoko and Izumi's problems. Can they find a solution? Kahoko struggles to overcome the pain of rejection. Is there a way for her to find peace in these troubled times?

Kahoko becomes very depressed after fighting and breaking up with Hajime over differences in family values, but she puts on a happy face in front of her parents.
