Ryo Arikino is assigned to interpret for a Chinese suspect at the International Investigation Division of the East Shinjuku Police Department.

Arikino Ryo, a Chinese interpreter for the Metropolitan Police Department, meets Koda Mari, a green-haired woman. This woman is actually a police officer on an international investigation. Their personalities are completely different.

A young child with a Japanese father and Chinese mother is kidnapped. Arikino acts as an interpreter for the mother and gets closer to the mysterious incident.
