Michelle Ruff

Prolific voice actress Michelle Ruff is professionally trained performer and improv artist. She honed her character-development craft working at such renowned improv establishments as Second City, the Players Workshop, and Improv Olympic. She learned to play with her voice and began specializing in accents and child-like voices. She eventually moved to Los Angeles. Early on in her career, Ruff went by the stage name Georgette Rose, which in fact was the name of her mother. Her voice work career began in 1978 with an overdub of the Japenese animation Lupin movie "Rupan sansei: Mamo karano chousen." Since then, she's lent her voice to nearly 200 projects, which includes more than 80 different TV programs, over 20 films, nearly as many straight-to-DVD movies, and more than 60 video games. Some of the most notable include "Bleach," "Blue Dragon," "Lucky Star," "Rurouni Kenshin," and "Over the Hedge." She is also the voice of the talking interactive BRATZ doll named Nora.
