Antonio, a medical doctor, decides it is time to take revenge for a family event occurring during his childhood that has branded him for life.

The police link the formaldehyde used in the brothers' murders to possible suspects, but soon the town is shaken by two new murders. Laura believes there is a link between the deaths and the horoscope and decides to follow her hunch.

During the month of Leo, the astrologer awakens from a coma and reveals the name of her attacker. Meanwhile, several women prepare the stage for the election of the town's beauty queen, unaware that the next death will take place there.

Ricardo appears at the precinct and is about to give a statement that might save Darío and ruin Antonio. While Martín secretly organizes his birthday party at the house where Antonio keeps Rubén, a group of churchgoers finds a new body.
