A formative novel, the film follows the friendship between the poet Levi and Elias, on the arrival of the former to the wake of the latter, returning to his native land, which he left at the end of his adolescence. Childhood games, bullying and harassment, the discovery of sexuality, violence inside and outside the home, society's conservatism in an inner city, dreams, oppression, poetry, desire, memory, love and friendship and a very particular way of looking at life run through the trajectories of the characters.
