Oopsy Bear is the only Care Bear without a belly badge. And he really wants one because of all the cool things the other bears are able to do with theirs. When Cheer, Funshine, and Grumpy Bear decide to build Funderland, an amusement park, for their Care Bears friends, the clumsy Oopsy Bear makes one of his biggest oopsies of all! He accidentally destroys the park the day before it’s supposed to open. Cheer and the others set to work to fix the damage, but Oopsy is sent on errand to keep it from happening again. Grizzle, an evil bear who wants all the Care Bears belly badges so that he can use them for himself, sees an opportunity in Oopsy’s calamity. With his sidekick robot, Wingnut, Grizzle enlists Oopsy’s help in bringing a special new amusement ride to Care-a-lot that will steal the belly badges. Grizzle’s plot almost succeeds, and he actually captures the Care Bears’ badges. But Oopsy, using all the caring in his heart of gold and getting in touch with his inner oops! stumbles to the rescue—proving that you don’t have to have a belly badge to be a bear who cares!
