In the mysterious continent of Suchuan, a land once peaceful but now torn by chaos, young monarch Yuan Yi (Lin Yi) ascends to the throne with a mission to restore his kingdom. Believing the source of trouble lies in the fallen gods, he disguises himself as a commoner to find someone with spiritual power to save his people. In a remote village, he encounters Ling Long (Zhao Jin Mai), a girl with extraordinary spiritual abilities, and her father Huo Tu Xin (Yuan Hong). Convinced Ling Long is the key to salvation, Yuan Yi convinces them to join his quest to combat the evil threatening Suchuan.
