Jaded detective Peter Devriendt and his new partner Vicky Degraeve investigate when a 16-year-old Turkish girl is brutally murdered. Everything points to an honor killing, but they have no proof.

The presumed perpetrator of the honor killing has been burned alive and now lies in a coma. The detectives have no clues about who did this to him, so Peter meets up with Hristo, his informant.

It seems a serial perpetrator, who goes by the name of Mozes, is at work. The team receives an email that contains photos of three potential victims, and have the third commandment as their only clue.

A video recorded by Mozes leads the team to the Alegria rest home, where one of the residents hasn't received any visitors for a year. Peter and Vicky investigate and make a horrible discovery.

Internal Affairs tackles Marnix and Simon over the shooting. Peter and Vicky probe further at the rest home and get much closer to Mozes. The press runs at full speed when Mozes seems to strike again.

Mozes remains untraceable, but Hristo knows where to find the car he used. New information leads to another person of interest, but he's been in an unresponsive state in an institution for over a year.
