S1, E1: Little Dounia enjoys peaceful days with her grandparents in her hometown of Aleppo. She braids cheese with her grandmother, plays with her little bird, and runs errands in the souk. Dounia discovers the so-called magical properties of the baraké seed. Life seems calm in Aleppo, but a war is brewing.
