Cotton Pickin' Pocket Picker / Iron Head the Robot

S1, E2: Penry heads off to a janitors convention at Miami beach, though he soon learns that an individual has been pick pocketing all of the vacationers. Penry decides to turn into Hong Kong Phooey and he attempts to put an end to the string of thefts, though Spot comes along to help him out as well./ When a crook commands his robot to steal every safe in town, Hong Kong Phooey gives chase--leading to a showdown in the crook's gym.
