S1, E5: With tensions at an all time high at Gibbons Life the staff decides to boost moral with a team building exercise: bobsledding. Meanwhile Kendra and Jim find a new respect for each other after showing their clients a horseback riding experiences they won’t soon forget. Later after Elise makes a decision about who can and can't go bobsledding, things quickly go off the tracks. Jim's frustration is hitting its peak, so he decides to take his grievances all the way to the top. The staff try to resolve their issues but it quickly snowballs into a complete disaster. Ultimately Tamara is faced with a difficult decision as to the future of this company.
