S2, E9: James Dainard meets his match when tenacious, hands-on flipper Shawna pitches him a partnership on a dated and overgrown zombie-house; determined to prove herself, Shawna is ready to tackle a brutal timeline and do much of the work herself, even if it means swinging a hammer in her cowboy boots; James sees potential in the house but thinks Shawna might be underestimating the work needed to make this house profitable.
