S1, E6: Things get serious when Dr. Tom kicks in the door of Barbee Rehab. The MBI has wrangled the whack-a-doodles for his entrance and introduction to the facility. He really doesn't have a clue how to do this as he was generally high on smuggled narcotics during his dozens of rehab stays. With the help of his MBI cohorts he attempts doctoring with some unique new therapy methods.
