S1, E2: Scott wants to ensure that he can bring in the maximum income for his new vacation rentals, and so he sets the task of constructing several amenities to increase the property’s value. First up is a playhouse designed with the help of Sabrina and his daughters. Second, an exercise room that doubles as an office space and a bunkie. If that weren’t enough, he also has his eye set on a sauna located right on the water…if he can get it down there. Scott and Sabrina keep with their family tradition and plant new trees on the property with their daughters.
