Driven by their curiosity and thirst for new knowledge, we follow their exciting food discovery journey around Scotland. On their route the brothers will explore amazing products, guided by the country’s farmers, breeders and most innovative chefs. The big surprise is that beyond its famous whisky and traditional haggis, Scotland is a true gastronomic force to be discovered, with a range of products that can compete with the world’s best. The brothers face a big responsibility: they must return to the tradition and shine a new light on it, garnering appreciation for local products and persuading the Scottish themselves of the hidden treasures that lie in their land. Their ultimate aim will be to create a spectacular menu that sums up everything they have learnt and pays a deserved tribute to the rough diamond that is Scotland.
