S1, E1: Five days have passed since last left Galactica, and in those five days, the Cylons have been chasing our people every step of the way. Every time Galactica and the fleet make a Jump, there is a 33 minute window before the Cylons Jump to their location and the fleet has to Jump away - then another 33 minute respite before the Cylons show up again. How the Cylons are following them and why it takes 33 minutes to make the follow-up Jump are questions no one has the answers to, and all our heroes can do at the moment is keep Jumping and hope that they'll find a way to shake their pursuers.
