S9 E5: As Steve plans a surprise 21st birthday party for Eddie, Laura schemes to get revenge on Eddie for embarrassing her. She provides the unwitting Steve with Eddie's private list of his former girlfriends, and Steve innocently invites them all to the party. Carl's boss, Commissioner Geiss, promotes his own son instead of the more qualified Carl.
