Spring 1945: Nazi Germany collapses. Swiss ambassador Heinrich Zwygart flees Berlin after eight years of fatal compromises to preserve his country's neutrality. As peace returns, the Allies question Switzerland's Reich-friendly policy. For Switzerland to land on the winning side, someone will have to pay. Zwygart survived the war — but will he survive peace?
