Bicycle Thieves

In post-World War II Rome, a worker of humble origins, Antonio Ricci (Lamberto Maggiorani), struggles to support his family. Needing a bicycle to start a new job, he grabs one at the pawnshop. Unfortunately the bicycle is stolen and Antonio goes out with his son Bruno (Enzo staiola) to look for it in the city.
