Boricua

Among a diverse group of Puerto Ricans living in Humboldt Park in Chicago, the smart Luz (Sofía Arroyo) wants to transcend norms, even as she starts a romance with drug dealer Willie (Ramses Jimenez). Meanwhile, German (Eric Aviles) joins the white-collar workforce by taking a real-estate gig, and sexy Tata (Christina De Leon) competes against Luz in a beauty pageant. As they all try to figure out who they are and how they fit in, their lives crash together at the annual Puerto Rican parade.
