Buddha Palm

Long Jianbei wants money to save his sick younger sister and learns that the mysterious Black Feather Gang is running experiments in an attempt to create superhumans. Long Jianbei participates in the experiments for money but loses control over the power inside his body. An old man approaches him and tells him he can learn how to drive the power by mastering the palm of Buddha technique.
