Disgruntled biologist Seo Young-cheol unleashes a rapidly mutating bioengineered mold virus during a biotechnology conference at the Doongwoori Building in Seoul. He injects himself with the virus and the only known antibodies, turning the building's CEO into patient zero before authorities seal off the entire facility.
