Corrections
In a futuristic prison that uses AI to "correct" its inmates, Cyrus (Luke Pennington), a lonely parole officer, falls in love with a sociopathic and unreformable inmate named Alice (Sarah Phillips). While most inmates are corrected and released quickly, Alice has failed nearly a thousand parole simulations. Cyrus tries convincing Alice to undergo a procedure that will radically alter her personality, but Alice has plans of her own. Playing with similar ideas found in films like "Ex Machina" and "Virtuosity," writer-director Nick Tucker presents a short, thought-provoking drama examining surveillance and privacy and the role they play in how we make choices.
