The two sailors, who were brothers in love, met again after each had carved out a world in his career. Many years later, they returned to their motherland with new hope, but unexpectedly a sudden disaster completely changed their destiny. Through the ups and downs of nine characters, this film metaphorically depicts the collapse of an old dam due to disrepair and political persecution. It is like repressed emotions bursting out at the edge of the limit, intertwining and changing fate.
