Dot Kill

"Dot Kill," an internet live-broadcast killer, believes it's his duty, his mission, to protect the rest of us from the failings of America's cyber-security. To spread his "message", the killer forces people who wish to watch the executions to first endure a webcast of his political rantings: NYPD detective Charlie Gaines tracks the killer, but could he actually be the intended final victim?
