In this film based on the classic tale of moral degradation, Dr. Fausto (Miguel Ángel Solá) is a well-reputed oncologist. He crosses paths with the otherwordly Santos Vella (Eduard Fernández), a man who claims the good doctor once saved his life. In a sign of magical gratitude, Santos offers to grant Fausto whatever he desires. His deepest wishes will be realized. With this kind of power, Fausto's life quickly begins to unravel, and his world becomes one of gruesome nightmares made real.
