Future Proof

In a rapidly digitising world, more and more jobs are being lost to technology. Smarter devices now replace people in a wide range of both simple and technical tasks. As conventional employment disappears, new work must be found in an ever-changing economic landscape, and it is estimated that many of our children will work in jobs that do not yet exist. How can we prepare them for these unknown challenges in a future we can only speculate on?
