Hopalong Cassidy: Secrets of the Wasteland

In a wonderful change-of-pace, Hoppy leads an expedition searching for gold in ancient Indian ruins. This socially conscious film also has Hoppy helping a group of Chinese against a gang of landgrabbers. The gang is trying to defraud the local Chinese merchants out of their claim to a gold mine. Both Hoppy and the gang believe that there is a gold cache among the Indian ruins. They discover it simultaneously, and a thrilling race to the claim office follows.
