After Matt's brother is found brutally murdered, the ex-cop decides to find the murderer himself. When more victims killed in a similar way start surfacing, the police are convinced they are victims of bondage sex games. Matt tries to figure out how it came to his brother's murder and how his wife is involved and launches himself into the corrupt world of sex, politics, and businessmen.
