A year after the world has descended into utter chaos, Elvis and Tweeter are two of the last people left alive. They flee to an abandoned island in the Caribbean, where they find a new community struggling to hold out against an army of corpses. Once they arrive, they are forced to join this band of survivors, where every decision they make could cost a life.
