Lewis Capaldi is a Scottish singer and songwriter. On May 16, 2017, he released his first song Bruises. The song was played almost 28 million times worldwide on Spotify in a short period of time. Shortly after, he was signed by Virgin Records and Capitol Records and released his first EP Bloom on October 20, 2017 in collaboration with Grammy Award-winning producer Malay. In the first half of 2018, he completed a tour of North America and Europe. The year 2019 began with Capaldi receiving praise from seemingly every critic from every corner of the world. With a record-breaking 6 completely sold out headline tours in less than 2 years, his rise is simply unprecedented. From humble beginnings filling pubs just 24 months ago, to headlining arena tours that sold out in seconds.
