Set in a steel-town by the river, Lucky 7 (Patrick Farley) ran into a little trouble years ago. In a little storefront doubling as a gambling den, he wound up owing money to the wrong guys. Nine years later and thought to be dead, he comes back to set things right and reconnect with an old flame, family and friends but he must first come to terms with the mistakes of his past.
