On the run from the police and his demons, gym-obsessed serial killer and cannibal, Sion, returns to South Wales from London in a bid to lead a normal life. But after an altercation with a thug in a local muscle gym, he kills and eats the local drug dealer for his protein-rich flesh, sparking a bloodthirsty tit-for-tat turf war between local Eastern European drug gangs.
