After years of hard work as a successful novelist, Cara Durant's finally saved enough money to buy the dream home she's been admiring since she was a kid. When she gets the keys, Cara's on cloud nine... until she discovers Riley Evans, the Project Manager of a hydro company, is set to begin construction on a dam right in front of her house, which would ruin its peaceful atmosphere and permanently alter the landscape of the town.
