Hando leads a gang of neo-nazi skinheads, with his right hand man, Davey. Into this maelstrom of violence wanders the young Gabe, an emotionally wounded young woman who ends up falling in love with Hando. The street violence becomes too much for Gabe, and when she decides to leave Hando, Davey follows her. But Hando is not far behind...
