Johanna has one major weakness: she is a dreamer; her greatest wish: an apartment to live and thrive in; she would have found the perfect one, if it weren't for her landlady Mrs. Schrankinger, real estate agent Mario and lawyer Dr. Winter; who literally try to make Johanna's life hell; nice and affordable living remains a pipe dream for many people.
