Anton Koschany
Anton Koschany is a Canadian television journalist. He is executive producer of CTV's news magazine W5 and the network's news elections unit, and executive producer of CTV Elections, producing the federal election broadcast in 2011, 2015 and 2019, and provincial and local elections.In 2019 he produced The Laundromat, in which a whistleblower revealed the extent of dirty money in British Columbia's casinos and how that cash was tied to the drug trade. His 2005 investigation into a wrongful prosecution case, Phantom Menace, revealed how Canadian officials brought dubious charges to impress American security officials - which resulted in a reported $10-million settlement.Koschany was honored by the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television with its Gordon Sinclair Award for 2020.
