Bruce Dinsmore

A journeyman actor who goes where the work is, Bruce Dinsmore might be voicing an animated character one day and starring in an internet comedy skit the next. A Vancouver native, Dinsmore graduated from the prestigious National Theater School in Montreal and went on to make his film debut as the lead in the 1993 romantic comedy "The Myth of the Male Orgasm." A supporting part in the psychological thriller "Relative Fear" followed, with Dinsmore breaking into the American market in the all-star period piece "Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle" with Matthew Broderick and Peter Gallagher. Dinsmore's voice is a constant presence in Canadian cartoons and children's programming. He has voiced a huge array of characters on shows like "The Little Lulu Show" and the popular PBS series "Arthur." He is the star of "TAC.TV," an English language version of the Quebec internet comedy hit, "Tetes a Claques," which utilizes a unique layering of live action and animated scenes . In 2009 Dinsmore was back in the familiar territory of romantic comedy starring in Simon Boisvert's "40 is the New 20" with Pat Mastroianni and Claudia Ferri.
