Clare Smyth shows off the dish that inspired her choice of mystery box ingredients, tasking contestants with using the provided ingredients in a sweet or savoury dish.

For the last cook of Meet the Masters Week, the bottom four contestants must make a dish that demonstrates how they have mastered a skill, flavour, or technique they have learnt across the week.

Contestants must select an ingredient they would like to feature in a dish, but they are unaware of the ingredient they must pair it with until they have locked in their choice.

Each of the contestants chooses the dish they feel most comfortable with, a sweet tart or a savoury tart, but Jock gives them a surprise by then switching the dishes.

The 10 returning contestants must select between a clear mystery box where the ingredients are visible, or a regular mystery box where the ingredients are concealed.

Yotam Ottolenghi likes to mix things up with numbing oil, fenugreek marinade, and chipotle peanuts. The teams are challenged to feature one of these unusual ingredients in their dish.
