Corey Holcomb

Corey Holcomb was an accomplished actor, noted for his comedic timing in his roles for television shows. In 1992, he performed stand-up at his first open mic night. In 2007, he appeared as a regular personality on Jamie Foxx's satellite radio channel The Foxxhole. In 2001, he made his first appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." In 2011, he began hosting the Ustream series "The Corey Holcomb 5150 Show." He began his acting career with roles in the series "Comedy Central Presents. ." (1998-2011), "Half & Half" (UPN, 2002-06) and "Cuts" (2004-06). During the early stages of his acting career, Holcomb worked in films like the fantastical comedy "Like Mike" (2002) with Bow Wow. He continued his comedic performances throughout the early 2000s, appearing on"Martin Lawrence Presents: 1st Amendment Standup" (2005-2011). His career progressed to film, including a role in "Dance Flick" (2009) with Damon Wayans, Jr. In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "In the Flow with Affion Crockett" (Fox, 2010-11) and "Black Jesus" (Cartoon Network, 2013-15). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "Shaquille O'Neal Presents: All-Star Comedy Jam - Live From Dallas" (Showtime, 2009-2010). He also appeared in "Think Like a Man Too" (2014). Most recently, Holcomb acted in the comedy "The Wedding Ringer" (2015) with Kevin Hart.
