Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit

Many fans first became familiar with Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit when he was only barely old enough to walk. He and his twin brother Blake were cast as the twin sons of Jesse and Rebecca Katsopolis on the massively popular family sitcom "Full House" (ABC, 1987-1995) in 1992. The brothers acted on the show until the series wrapped in 1995. This coincided with Blake and Dylan reaching school age, and so they both quit show business in order to live a normal life, free of the pressures of professional acting. Tuomy-Wilhoit graduated from John Burroughs High School in Burbank, California in 2009. He subsequently jumped back into the entertainment industry, but this time in a decidedly different field: foley art, the creation of sound effects in a recording studio to supplement or replace sounds needed in a movie or TV show. Tuomy-Wilhoit began working in the sound department on the video game "Sunset Overdrive" in 2014, and from there moved on to bigger projects, like the movie "Furious 7" (2015). He then joined the sound department on the TV series "Black Sails" (Starz!, 2014-) and "Game of Thrones" (HBO, 2011-), both of which earned him two Emmy nominations and a win for Sound Editing. Then in 2016, Tuomy-Wilhoit was given a very special opportunity to return to acting, when the series "Full House" was offered a reboot by the streaming service Netflix. Tuomy-Wilhoit confirmed that he would appear in the series, dubbed "Fuller House" (Netflix, 2016-) to the jubilation of fans.
