Fernand Charpin

Charpin was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In 1934, he appeared in "Sapho." In 1938, he played a role in "The Baker's Wife." In 1946, he had his final film role in "The Last Penny." Charpin began his career with a role in the Pierre Fresnay dramatic adaptation "Marius" (1931). Charpin then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "Cesar" (1991). Charpin was most recently credited in the drama sequel "Fanny" (1991) with Raimu. Charpin passed away in November 1944 at the age of 57.
