Jesse Gordon Spencer is an Australian actor and musician. He is best known for his roles as Billy Kennedy on the Australian soap opera Neighbours, Dr. Robert Chase on the American medical drama House and Lieutenant/Captain Matthew Casey on the American drama Chicago Fire.
